Stolen Van

Florence is a lady that Mom works for. Florence has a mind that don't work very well. Normal people can remember what they are doing. Florence isn't always sure. Normal people can remember how they got somewhere. Florence has no idea. One day Florence needed her hair done. So Mom took her to the hair place so Florence could get her hair done. Mom really didn't have time to wait for Florence. She had to go home to make rolls for the Market. So she left Florence at the hair place alone. Florence would be fine. Mom would come get her once she was done making rolls. Florence got finished before Mom. "Where is the lady that drove me here"? she thought. She went outside. "Here is her van just sitting here. Good thing she left the keys in it. I will drive home myself.  The lady will be suprised. She won't have to come back for me. Then she can stay and make rolls." So she got into the van and drove home. Florence was right. The lady was suprised. "where is Florence", she asked. Mom wasn't the only one suprised. The lady who owned the van was suprised too. Where is my van ? she asked. "Get in" said Mom. We must find Florence. We must find your van. And Now. So they went to Florence house. There was the van. There was Florence. Florence was happy. The lady was happy. Mom was NOT happy.

You just never know what you will see in the tree trimming business. I come up on this gentleman while I was hauling branches today. I just about went home, unhooked the trailer and came back with my sisters car after seeing a more efficient way to haul em.

Tj

Maybe I should buy a 4-wheeler.

I didn't know how it would go with the hill and all but it all worked out. The wagon never passed me up. I thought I should move my things to the lower level because someone visited us last night and made off with my cute little impact driver. I'm kind of sad about that. It was my favorite tool right now. I'm gonna miss it. They also took 2 batteries and my charger. Don't know why they didn't take the rest of the tools up there but anyhow. I'm glad they were at least considerate to leave me with 1 drill, 3 batteries, a saw and my tool belt. Now I need a 4-wheeler to tote my tools around AND another cute little impact driver. Did I tell you I was in Gutamala? Well I was. I had pretty much fun too. I was in Belize as well. We even went fishing one day and we remembered everything but the bait so I didn't think we did too bad. At least we brought along lots of snacks. I killed this fly that was hanging around trying to be a pest and Norris wanted it so I gave it to him. He put it on his hook and in about 2 seconds he caught a lil fish which we butchered up to catch a bigger fish which we butchered up..............u get the picture. All I could catch was little fish and logs. I got tired of that lifestyle. I studied spanish in Antigua. Now my head buzzes at night when I lay it down. I think I knocked something lose up there. I been caught up into a little different lifestyle, tree trimming. It's great fun as long as the truck don't think it has to die. I dropped a BIG branch on a electric line and tore down the line. I was pretty proud of my aim. I hit it square................Well, he told me to cut it........ It wasn't suppose to hit it I asked him if it would clear right before it cut it and he gave me the go ahead and 123 crash. Anyhow it looked cool but then I paid to get it fixed and that took all the fun out of it. And then I dropped one on the truck and it shook the rock that was on the gas petal and you should;should've heard that ol truck roar. I think the motor was reeved up enough anyhow. So the man quick ran over there n shut it off. Then the pump quit working so I couldn't get down so I had to climbed down the boom. I checked it out. All that happened was that the pump popped out of gear. The man could've turned that on and saved me the "death retreat." I am headed for Ind tomorrow at 3 in the morning. Thought it was time to go in there and terrorize my cousins. Henry and my Sis are going too. I think I will call it quites. Here is my joke for the night.

Bill and Fred went golfing one day. Bill was an ol time pro. Fred didn't know which end of the club to swing. Well, anyhow Bill showed Fred how to stand and and where to put your hoofs and all that good stuff And how to swing the club. And then his wife called so he turned his back to talk to her. While he was talking he heard a loud crack, the loudest crack he had ever heard in all his golfing career. He turned aroud only to see Fred standing there looking a little perturbed and with one eye swollen. "Where did it go?"  "Out yonder that direction," he motioned with a sweep of his hand so wide it could've meant pretty near anywhere. Not knowing what else to do he decided to go ahead and finish the course. He managed to get a 6 par round but when he hit the final round he heard a small clink instead of a nice thud. He pull his ball out of the hole and after it, of all things Fred's ball. He was so excited he about couldn't speak. "Did you know that this is the first time in history that someone made a hole-in -one at this golf course"? he blubbered. Ol Fred bent down and studied the golf ball. Then he got on his belly and peered down the hole. When he got up his face went from his perturbed look to a really mad look." I don't know what a hole- in one is but what I would like to know is what happened to that bee that was sitting on my golf ball.  You can laugh now.

 Formal Supper 003

Monday, March 31, 2008

Ok so people are probably tired of watching us frolic about in winter waters!!! I don't blame them! It's definitely time for spring and other kinds of sports and hobbies. My newest hobby is my Pioneer bounty 202. I am still new at it but i'm getting the hang of it. You all should try it sometime. Fri we were working on the high lift and the ladder gracefully descends to the down. ( It was the only one we had set up I might add.)  "Cupid, We have a problem!"  Houston, Go fetch. So my bro suggests I slide down by way of the air hose. It was funny he was so confident as to the whole deal. Not like he was the guinea pig that would end up on the ground or anything. Seeing my hesitation he even offered his gloves. Still couldn't convince me. He probably would have been dumb enough to go try it hiself and end up clumpled in a sorry heap but I happened to discover a window someone forgot to lock that was accessible from the roof.  Presto. My brothers last view of me was seeing my legs disappear thorough the window and land in the bath tub. I bet the person taking the bath wasn't very impressed but hey.......A mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. I'm glad it was just a bathtub I had to crawl through.   So yea we have our moments at work. I'm sure everyone does. The other day brother run the high lift out of diesel and we probably spent 2 hours getting it going again. Shiver me timbers. I bought a cheese cake at the school sale. I had fun toting it around afterwards and suddenly realized that I had more friends then I knew what to do with. (even the married ladies were getting friendly. Had me worried.) So one finally told me to take  to my vehicle. I think about that cake now and then and have dreamy thoughts. My eyes get all starry and start to glaze over. I'm just waiting for the perfect time. When it's time I  will retrieve it from the freezer and have a cake moment.  And for your Info www.xanga.com/Shortyk88 mangufactered it and I have confidence in that girl. Maybe she don't get her alto parts always but cook she can do. If you don't believe me ask her to make you some cheesecake. I am suddenly fatigued byby. p.s. There are car keys to a brand new mini cooper hidden in a park in Iowa. Find keys, get car. Anyone wanna go with me?
